Our holiday sessions are designed to ensure the participants have the most fun! They get to experience a range of gymnastics equipment and activities all under the supervision and instruction of British gymnastics qualified coaches. The sessions all start with some games and a warm up before the …moregymnasts are split into groups based on their age, ability and friendship groups. Each group works with their coach throughout the day. The sessions are suitable for all abilities, and open to both club members and non-members. Our holiday camps are ofsted registered which means we have to meet their regulations and are able to accept childcare vouchers for the payment. Children aged 4-11 are welcome to attend, with those age 4 allowed to be on site for a maximum of 4 hours (due to ofsted regulations) The sessions run from our dedicated site in Broxtowe. We have a wide range of gymnastics equipment and the building if secure with Maglock key pads on all the doors. Directly outside the facility is a large carpark for drop off and collection. We have a small tuck shop on site selling sweet. Lollies, chocolates and drinks. Participants are required to come wearing clothing suitable for sporting activity. Legging/ shorts and a t shirt or similar is ideal with long hair tied back, jewellery removed and either bare feet or grippy socks. Gymnasts need to bring a drink and if they’re staying all day a packed lunch. For those coming just for the morning or afternoon a snack for for break time is recommended. Please note, we are a nut free site. Ensure nuts or nut products aren't packed for the safety of others with allergies. There is a waiting/ viewing area where parents can stay if they wish, but once the class is booked we have all the information we need in the system so gymnasts can be dropped off. Open to home ed families. Free exploration of the gym with a coach on hand to offer ideas and activities to try on the equipment. Each session will finish with a whole group activity to connect as a group.

Birthday Parties (2 - 14yrs)

Come celebrate your gymnast's birthday with us and have a GymTastic time! Party guests will do an hour in the gym, doing free time, fun games and challenges The gymnastics activity is delivered and supervised by British Gymnastics qualified coaches. The party begins with a warm up game and …moresafety induction. Participants are then free to explore the variety of equipment. We can deliver games and activities at the request of the birthday boy or girl. The gym activities are followed by 30 minutes in the decorated party room where you can serve your own food/ cake etc. as you choose. The party finishes with another 30 minutes (depending on food time) of activities in the dance studio. Prices: 1-16 participants £120 17-24 participants £150 25-32 participants £180 Parties have exclusive use of the facility and we supply the invitations for your guest. We will contact you once booking is made, and will send bank details to pay balance of party, payments need to be made no later than two weeks before party date. If party is Saturday 3-5pm you can arrive from 2.30pm If Sunday 11.45-1.45 arrival from 11.15am Guest parents are welcome to stay if you have any guest under 3 or with any additional needs or disabilities parents are welcome to go into the gym and please let us know if you need any extra support. Coaches will help you clear up at the end of the party. If you'd like to bring your own tea, milk and coffee for parents staying you can, or we only charge £1 for hot drinks! You need to provide... Party booking process Step 1 - book online, pay deposit Step 2 - pop in to sixways and collect party pack and invitations Step 3 - we will contact you when booking has been made to check numbers of guests etc, feel free to ask any questions. Payment information will be sent Step 4 - Payment two weeks before date Step 5 - come and enjoy your party! Party information All the important stuff to make sure you have a great time with us. • Your party needs to be paid in full a minimum of two weeks before the party date. You can pay cash or card at Sixways, or transfer details are: Nottingham city gymnastics cic Sort: 20-55-68 Account: 93151107 Please put your child’s name as reference. 0-16 -£120 17-24 -£150 25-32 -£180 (prices above include £20 deposit, take that off total price if you have paid this) Please note all children must be accounted for within numbers, we know what children’s parties can be like, and not every parent RSVP’s but we have strict ratios for safety, so please include all children in numbers. If you have children arrive and they exceed the brackets given in the payment bands, we may not be able to allow them into the gym for their safety. • As your guests arrive, we’ll ask them to sign in on a registration form. We need this information for our insurance, we will take the child’s name, date of birth and a contact number. • You need to provide your own food, cake, napkins, plates etc • All children must be appropriately dressed, bare feet or grip socks, hair tied back, and all jewellery removed or taped up. • We do not allow face paint anywhere in the gym or studio. • If you have any children attending your party with any form of disability, please let us know in advance so we can do everything possible to ensure they enjoy the party. • If you have any under three’s attending parents are welcome to go into the gym with them. Shoes just need to be removed. • If you have any children that are nervous or upset, we understand parents will want to support them, independent participation is best, but anyone needing extra care can have adults in the gym, they just need to remove shoes and be aware of the coaches being able to see all children for their safety. • We will help to clear up after the party, we ask that you leave no longer than 15 minutes after your party time has ended. We may charge for extra time if you exceed this. • If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we require at least 7 days’ notice. anything less than this, no refunds will be issued for payments made. less
