A structured class for Home educated children and their parent/ carer. We will start with a warm up and then coach led activities. The parent/ carer being there to provide support to their child/ children when necessary. It will then finish with a cool down. We will adapt the activities to the children's needs and will engage them in helping to pick activities. The focus will be on Fun, Fitness and Friendship.
